Erika Alverson

Erika is a recognized leader in Colorado’s workers’ compensation practice. She currently serves on the Workers’ Compensation Executive Council for the Colorado Bar Association and is a Vice President of the Workers’ Compensation Education Association (WCEA) where she lobbies for changes to the Colorado Workers’ Compensation Act. After practicing bankruptcy law in California, she began her workers’ compensation career defending insurance companies, but quickly recognized that her passion was for the injured worker and switched sides to align with her values. A fierce advocate for workers’ rights, Erika prides herself on the dedication, integrity, and zeal she brings to the table for each of her clients. Erika is the recipient of awards such as:
